About Devin

Devin Broadbent grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, spending much of his childhood in and out of hospitals due to a chronic illness. Movies became his escape, with actors like Brad Pitt and George Clooney inspiring his imagination. He dreamed of living the adventurous and transformative lives he saw on screen but never thought acting could be his path.

 

Years later, Devin's health improved thanks to medical breakthroughs and a deep faith. While working in sales, a friend asked Devin to act in a Hungry Man commercial and encouraged him to take an acting class. Intrigued, Devin signed up for a course at the Houde School of Acting in Cleveland. From his very first class, he was hooked. What started as a casual suggestion quickly evolved into a lifelong passion and career.

 

Since that serendipitous beginning, Devin has built a diverse and accomplished acting portfolio. He has appeared in television series such as Your Worst Nightmare and The Peacemaker, as well as films like When the Night Comes, Heartland, and Bridged. Devin has also become a familiar face in hundred's of regional and national commercials, where he brings authenticity and depth to every role.

 

For Devin, acting has been more than just a profession; it’s been a way to live the stories he once dreamed about from hospital rooms. Through his craft, he aims to inspire others to take risks, follow unexpected opportunities, and embrace the journeys they never thought possible.
